Here are the easy steps to create a temporary WP admin account for RafflePress Support to quickly troubleshoot your site.<\/p>\n

IMPORTANT:<\/strong> Be sure that you have a backup of your site before giving access.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

  1. Click on the\u00a0Users<\/strong> menu on the WordPress left navigation panel.

  2. Click the Add New\u00a0<\/strong>button at the new top of the Users admin page
    \n\"\"<\/li>\n
  3. \u00a0Enter these values for the new user details:
    \nUsername:<\/strong> support@rafflepress.com
    \n<\/span>Email:<\/strong> support@rafflepress.com
    \n<\/span>Send User Notification:<\/strong> Checked
    \n<\/span>R<\/strong>ole:<\/strong>\u00a0Administrator

  4. Click the Add New User <\/strong>button at the bottom of the page.<\/li>\n
  5. That’s it!\u00a0<\/strong>An automated notification will be sent from your WordPress site to our support team after adding this new user.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
